Responsibilities & Context
Leading the training team and guiding them from time to time as a facilitator.
Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA), design & facilitate training programs.
Organize Skill, Knowledge & Compliance training programs for sales team.
Designing and developing training content and course materials for Team Leaders.
Coordinate availability of all training equipment /courseware at all locations.
Preparing monthly training schedule and budget and confirming execution accordingly.
Carry out field surveys, organize feedback, and send it back to the concerned persons or dept.
Studying competition moves & approaches, gathering information & preparing reports.
Organizing different local & institutional events related to insurance awareness & literacy.
Monitoring & supervising lead generation activities with Customer care & Sales Team.
Designing and managing online learning experiences, such as webinars, and e-learning modules, and facilitated online training.
Developing and implementing learning technology solutions like apps to enhance the skills and knowledge of the employees of the organization.
Work in institutionalizing the training modules and materials as well as capturing good practices and knowledge gained throughout the training Programs.
Develop and manage certification processes, implementing evaluation processes - online and offline to create a robust feedback and tracking mechanism on product knowledge and skills of all the trainees.
Ensure traction of data on training performance, publishing MIS, dashboard, calendar, etc. timely and effectively.
Coordinate with various internal and external customers to resolve bottlenecks that impact the business quickly.
Any other responsibilities as and when required and assigned as per organizational priorities.
