Job Context

Job Responsibilities
- Preparing all types of voucher posting into Accounting Software.
- Journal voucher preparation and posting into accounting software.
- Review of all Loans, Claim, PF, Advance and Others.
- Ledger & Trail balance analysis.
- Manage the preparation Actual Revenue & Expenses.
- Supervise and monitor VAT and Tax related activities of company independently.
- Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly Financial Statements using Accounting Software.
- Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements related to finance & accounts.
- Coordinate with Commercial Banks and Regulatory Authorities.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Chairman in conducting all day-to-day affairs of the office.
- Responsible for day-to-day Secretarial Jobs at Chairman's desk with dignity & maintain proper confidentiality.
- Responsible for Inter Departmental Coordination with All units as directed by Chairman.
- Prepare presentations and reports for Chairman as directed time to time.
